What time can I check in? +
Check-in is available from 15:00. If you need to arrange something different, contact us before arrival.
What time is check-out? +
Check-out is by 11:00.
Capacity and amenities
How many people can stay in each unit? +
Refúgio Aconchegante accommodates up to 2 guests; Vintage Gonçalo and Village Gonçalo up to 4; and Villa Gonçalo up to 6 guests.

Do the accommodation units have a kitchen and Wi‑Fi? +
Yes. All four units have Wi‑Fi, an equipped kitchen and television, as well as outdoor areas and other amenities specific to each unit.
Is parking available? +
Yes. Parking is included among the amenities of all four units. Some units have private parking for one car.
Is Villa Gonçalo suitable for families with children? +
Yes. We have accommodation with different capacities. Village Gonçalo is particularly suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, and Villa Gonçalo also provides a cot.
Are pets allowed? +
Pets are not accepted in Refúgio Aconchegante, Village Gonçalo or Villa Gonçalo. For any specific situation, please check with us before booking.
Request, price and payment
How does booking through the website work? +
Choose the accommodation, enter your dates and number of guests, then send the request. Availability is checked for the selected unit and the request is subject to confirmation.
Is the price shown during booking final? +
The website shows an estimated total based on the unit’s base nightly price and the number of nights selected. The final price and conditions are confirmed during the booking process.
Do I need to pay immediately when I send the request? +
No. Sending a request through the website does not process any payment at that stage. The booking and its conditions are confirmed afterwards.
What are the cancellation conditions? +
Applicable conditions are communicated and confirmed during the booking process. If you already have a booking and need to change or cancel it, contact us with its reference.
